Die Sarkoidose, auch Morbus Boeck oder Granulomatose genannt, ist eine seltene, entzündliche Krankheit, bei der in praktisch jedem Organ kleine Knötchen Granulome auftreten können. Hauptsächlich betrifft die Sarkoidose jedoch Lunge und Lymphknoten.
